Our latest cohort of students in the STEM Leaders Program have been working with JDS, Arcadis and Jacobs on their cutting-edge industry projects. From university undergraduates to industry representatives, the Expo Night is an opportunity for everyone to learn the significance of these innovative projects to society.

Students created an automated stock analysis bot for YahooFinance. Along the way, students upskilled technically using new technologies such as Selenium and Chromedriver.
Accenture
Students created an Image Verification Browser plugin that detects the authenticity of an image seen on a browser. The plugin also displays authenticity history including images, website of origin & confidence threshold.
Perlin
Students created a web application that allowed the storage of automotive details. They explored how blockchain could be used by insurance companies in attempting to lower automobile insurance fraud through accessing a decentralized secure database.

Students used transport engineering principles to propose initiatives for the improvement of transport infrastructure of Liverpool precinct
