Real Skills Education runs several bespoke programs throughout the year, including our flagship STEM Leaders Program.
At Real Skills, we run tailored programs provide students with valuable industry experience and the opportunity to work with leading STEM companies.
By working in interdisciplinary teams, students build key soft and hard skills, elevate their employability and network with industry representatives to open new doors for their careers.

STEM Leaders Program
The STEM Leaders Program (SLP) is our flagship initiative for developing university students into the STEM leaders of tomorrow.
Over 2 weeks, students work on a real-world industry project with a real impact, and gain valuable insight about current trends and cutting edge solutions from industry mentors. Along the way, students participate in bespoke workshops run and have the opportunity to present their projects at their Boardroom Pitch and Expo Night.

Past Industry Projects
Jacobs
Students researched the Smart Buildings approach and proposed ways the approach could be integrated into campus buildings and spaces.
Cognizant
Students created an automated stock analysis bot for YahooFinance. Along the way, students upskilled technically using new technologies such as Selenium and Chromedriver.
